portrait roma was a delightful stay, exceeding my previous experience in rome. the friendly staff and apartment-style rooms were a refreshing change. the complimentary ipad with lte internet made exploring the city a breeze. highly recommended.

Excellent location and staff, we did not want to leave. Our room overlooking the terrace had an amazing view. It was a fantastic hotel, we really loved everything, nothing to complain about.

This hotel stood out as the best during our New England trip. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was exceptional, with comfortable beds and extra towels provided. It was conveniently located near several good restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, it was the perfect spot for easy access to Acadia National Park and only a short drive away from Bar Harbor downtown.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious and well-appointed rooms that had a kitchenette and even a walk-in wardrobe! The location was perfect, quiet and restful, and the staff treated us like royalty, especially the helpful and precise Administrator Francesca.

We were in Rome for a week and the spacious rooms and self-catering facilities were perfect for our needs. The rooftop was a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy a drink. The hotel's location was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even organizing a dream birthday dinner for us. The highlight of our stay was the golf cart tour, where Igor showed us stunning sights like the rose garden and hilltop views. The friendly and attentive staff truly made us feel at home.
